Press Release: GroupeX Solutions recognized as a Best Workplace 2018

GroupeX is being recognized as one of 2018’s Best Workplaces™ in Canada.
This year’s list received over 400 registrations, and over 80,000 Canadian employees participated in the “Best Workplaces™ in Canada” survey. We couldn’t be prouder of our standing at number 18 out of 50 for workplaces with less than 100 employees.
As an organization that specializes in Human Resources, GroupeX knows that learning and skills management, internal development of future leaders, and connection with our remote workforce are key attributes to maintaining engaged, long-term employees.
We do everything we can to foster a work culture where employees are challenged, supported, and even entertained, at all times. Some of the cool things we do include:
- Walk the walk when it comes to work/life balance
- Support remote work, which is proven to increase productivity
- Encourage a culture of being professional, but human (i.e. Our CEOs wear jeans to the office…sometimes.)
- Develop our leaders, both internally and cross-functionally
- Provide our own internal training and support external learning opportunities
- Participate in global virtual challenges, office fundraisers for charity, community volunteer activities, and social gatherings to bring employees together on a regular basis

The 2018 Best Workplaces™ in Canada list is compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute. Registrants are measured based on two criteria: confidential employee survey results and an in-depth review of the organization’s culture. The process offers a rigorous representation of an organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide crucial data relative to five trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
